SEVIERVILLE, TENN. (WLOS) — Devan Loving, who has been charged with murder in the deaths of three people in Fairview last week, went before a judge in Tennessee on May 11 and indicated he would agree to waive extradition.
Around noon, 28-year-old Loving appeared in a Sevier County, Tennessee, court hearing, telling the judge he would consider not fighting extradition so he would be brought back to Buncombe County to face the three murder counts and one count of conspiracy to commit murder.
