BUNCOMBE COUNTY, N.C. (WCHS) — The West Virginia man accused in the death and disappearance of Gretchen Fleming had his first court hearing following his arrest in North Carolina.
Preston Pierce, 58, made his initial appearance in a Buncombe County, N.C., court Monday morning in connection with his arrest and indictment Friday in the 2022 death of Fleming.
