Authorities said the crash happened Monday at a Shell gas station on Hill Street in southeast Atlanta.

According to the Georgia State Patrol, troopers attempted to stop a speeding driver identified as Fre’shum Thai White, who was allegedly traveling 90 mph in a 55 mph zone.
