Lee Aaron Moore, 49, of Lithonia, is accused of operating a purple Cadillac and pointing a Glock 43X pistol at two people in a green Honda Civic on May 12 at 2 p.m. at Jerusalem Bakery & Grill on Franklin Gateway, according to an arrest warrant from the Marietta Police Department.
Moore had brake-checked the victims three times while merging from the I-75 exit onto Delk Road. The victims then changed lanes and got in front of him.
Moore followed and tailgated the victims from Delk to Franklin Gateway. The victims turned onto Kingston Court and tried to lose Moore, but were unsuccessful. When they attempted to turn around and go in the opposite direction, Moore stopped and got out of his car, remaining near the driver’s side area. Moore drew his pistol and pointed it at the victims, who attempted to evade him. Moore then continued to follow them until police arrived and stopped the altercation, according to the warrant…
