2 men arrested with 90 pounds of methamphetamine

ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — Two men were arrested Tuesday with 90 pounds of methamphetamine, according to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI).

The GBI said Carrizal Humberto, 32, of California, and Malcolm Stephens, 34, of Toccoa, were arrested in Atlanta after a multi-agency investigation.

The pair are reportedly linked to a Mexican drug trafficking organization “which is allegedly a primary source of supply for methamphetamine across North Georgia.”…
