ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — The dispute continues between Atlanta and Fulton County leaders over the city jail.
In a letter to Mayor Andre Dickens dated Monday, county commissioners offered to buy the Atlanta City Detention Center (ACDC) for $56.5 million.
