ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — A multimillion-dollar settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit over a massive fire that ripped through an Atlanta apartment complex nearly three years ago.
The fire broke out at The Reserve at LaVista Walk in November 2023.
