A Gwinnett County man has been in a coma for nearly a week after police say a driver ran out of patience behind slow traffic, swung into the oncoming lane and hit him as he turned.
The man was riding a scooter home from work just before 6 p.m. on Sept. 1 when the crash happened at Arc Way and Willow Wood Way, according to a Gwinnett County police crash report.
