ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — Customers across the Southeast are accusing a Georgia-based manufactured home retailer of taking their money but failing to finish installations or deliver homes before it abruptly shut down operations last month.
Brianna Kelch, a south Georgia customer who said she bought a manufactured home from Yurezz Home Center in Statesboro in May for $291,000, said she still doesn’t know when she will be able to move in.
Kelch said her contract called for Yurezz to complete work including brick skirting, plumbing and an air conditioning unit — about $30,000 worth of work — but said none of it has been finished…
