Cobb Police have charged a Marietta man with vehicular manslaughter after a fatal car collision Tuesday evening.
Carlos Garcia, 22, of Marietta, was arrested following a fatal collision on Sandtown Road, south of Booth Road near Chattahoochee Technical College at 9:20 p.m.
