A tanker truck flipped over and landed in a ditch in a DeKalb County neighborhood on Friday morning.
Browns Mill Road at White Circle is shut down as crews try to figure out how to safely remove the truck. Right now, there is no timetable for when the road will reopen and it could be closed for the rest of the day.
