Steven John Biancofiore, 62, of Acworth, is accused of performing a sex act in public while looking at women on Aug. 26 at 6:05 p.m. at Town Center at Cobb mall, according to an arrest warrant from the Cobb County Police Department.
Biancofiore admitted to committing the act in public, claiming he did not receive any physical touch from his wife, according to the warrant.
Biancofiore is charged with public indecency. He was arrested on Aug. 26 at 6:50 p.m. and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to jail records…
