Blackland Road Estate Sells for $18.6 Million

A Tuxedo Park estate at 375 Blackland Road has sold for $18.6 million, making it the second-largest residential sale in Atlanta’s recorded history. Ben Hirsh of Hirsh Real Estate – Buckhead.com represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction, which closed September 3. Buyer and seller both declined to be named.

Only one Atlanta home has sold for more. That was 3391 Tuxedo Road, at $19.8 million in March 2024, in an off-market all-cash deal that Hirsh also brokered. The two sales help make up a career total that will soon surpass $1.4 billion in homes sold.

The home was never publicly listed. It was offered exclusively through Buckhead.com, with its address and price withheld behind a password-protected page shared only with qualified buyers. There was no sign in the yard and no listing on the MLS.
