ATLANTA (ANF/Gray News) – A woman in Georgia whose husband died in a helicopter crash on the night they were married is filing a wrongful death lawsuit.
Jesni Sam is seeking damages and coverage of legal fees, according to her attorney.
Sam was supposed to land at DeKalb-Peachtree Airport (PDK) with her husband, Dave Fiji, after their wedding in Dawsonville. They never made it.
