CUMBERLAND — This week, the Development Authority of Cobb County unanimously approved a $30 million bond and tax abatement to help keep a construction business in the county.
The bond, approved for J.E. Dunn, a construction management and contracting company, allows the company to move forward with purchasing an office space on approximately 4.58 acres at 150 Interstate North Parkway.
