East Cobb man given 90 days to relocate daughter’s emotional support pony

MARIETTA- Dark Chocolate, a mini Shetland pony, must find a new place to live after the Cobb County Board of Commissioners unanimously ruled this week that a subdivision home is not an appropriate location for the animal.

The request came from Timothy John Terranova, who asked for a lot size reduction to allow for a small stable and livestock for the pony in an east Cobb subdivision near Johnson Ferry and Roswell roads.
