STONE MOUNTAIN, Ga. — Police are investigating two reported shootings that happened within an hour of each other outside the same restaurant on Tuesday afternoon.
DeKalb County Police said officers were first called around 2:31 p.m. to Sun City Caribbean and American Restaurant at Memorial Drive and Mountain View Drive. There was a report of shots being heard outside. In a video posted on social media, you could hear multiple gunshots. Police said no victim was found and no active scene was located during that initial response.
A short time later, a second shooting was reported at the same location.
When 11Alive arrived just after 3:30 p.m., shortly after the second call, a man was seen lying on the ground between the restaurant and a nearby barber shop.
First responders worked on him for several minutes before loading him into an ambulance and transporting him to a local hospital. His condition has not been released…
