A Marietta man is accused of pulling a false fire alarm, flooding an apartment building and waving a handgun as residents evacuated.
Richard Allen Warren, 35, of Marietta, is accused of breaking the sprinkler on the fourth floor of his apartment building and pulling the fire alarm on April 25 at 11:40 p.m. at 1960 Spectrum Circle in Marietta, in the Ilion Apartments complex, according to an arrest warrant from the Cobb County Police Department.
