A United States Postal Service worker killed in a car collision earlier this week was a mother of four known for her friendly personality and energy, according to her loved ones and neighbors.

In a statement previously obtained by PEOPLE, the DeKalb County Medical Examiner’s Office identified the victim as postal employee Tinisha Cade, 40.
