DeKalb County District Attorney Sherry Boston said she, along with Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, will be “taking action” against a bill Gov. Brian Kemp recently signed into law.
On May 13, hours after Kemp’s office announced the passage of House Bill 369, Boston and Willis released a joint statement calling it “unconstitutional.”
