ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — New body camera video played in court Thursday shows Eugene Tobi Louis Jacques being arrested in Louisiana days after his girlfriend was found murdered in Cobb County.
Jacques is accused of fatally stabbing his girlfriend, 22-year-old Instagram influencer Beauty Couch 81 times, in August 2023 then setting her car on fire.
