MACON, Ga. — As summer approaches, the Georgia Department of Natural Resources (DNR) Wildlife Resources Division is reminding Central Georgians to stay “GatorWise” while enjoying the state’s lakes, rivers, ponds and other waterways.
The DNR says over 225,000 of gators live in the Peach State.
