AIKEN COUNTY, S.C. (WJBF) – An Aiken County man has been arrested for impersonating a law enforcement officer and kidnapping a woman.
Reports say on May 29th, Jonathan Willard approached a woman in Chukker Creek Apartments an told her he was with the police, placed her in handcuffs, and into the back of his car.
The victim told deputies she believed Willard was an officer, but she came suspicious when he asked her the same questions continuously…
