AIKEN, S.C. (WRDW/WAGT) — After months of being on paid administrative leave, Aiken County Public Schools’ chief officer of human resources has retired.
Dr. Sal Minolfo was placed on paid administrative leave March 9. As of May 27, he retired, according to the district.
