AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – A local military retiree says care at Eisenhower Army Medical Center has already begun to change — even as Congress moves to block a federal plan to scale back services at the facility.
Hal Doyle came to Fort Gordon on an Air Force assignment 28 years ago. When he retired, he stayed and kept the same Tricare coverage his family has relied on for nearly three decades.
