Augusta woman arrested after home allegedly found unfit for ‘child with special needs’

AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – A woman faces charges in Richmond County after deputies allegedly found unfit living conditions for a child.

Stephanie Miller was arrested on a cruelty to children in the second degree charge on July 31.

Police say that DFACS was called out to the residence at the 2000 block of Fernwood Circle and deemed the home unfit for a child with special needs…
