EVANS, Ga. (WJBF) – The Columbia County Health Department is notifying the public of a raccoon bite that occurred at Blanchard Woods Park in Evans.
Officials state the incident took place on Aug. 14, 2026.
According to the county, the animal was submitted for rabies testing. Test results are said to be pending and expected to be available within the next few days…
