GRANITEVILLE — An extreme makeover that included the construction of a new Aiken County Recreation Center was a cause for celebration Oct. 2 in Horse Creek Valley.
“This is something that has been long overdue, especially for this area,” said Aiken County Council member P. K. Hightower, who was among the speakers during a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
