RICHMOND COUNTY, Ga. (WJBF) – The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public for assistance locating a missing man last seen wearing blue scrubs.
According to authorities, Roque Casas Vega was last seen on Friday, April 24th on the 700 block of Fenwick Street wearing blue scrubs and yellow band on his right wrist.
