In case you haven’t heard, there’s a company called ‘The Pinnacle Guide‘ – think of it like the Michelin Guide, but for cocktail bars. Similar to Michelin, The Pinnacle Guide ranks on a three-tiered system – Michelin uses ‘stars’ while The Pinnacle Guide uses ‘pins.’ According to The Pinnacle Guide, one ‘pin’ means ‘excellent, two ‘pins’ means ‘outstanding,’ and three ‘pins’ means exceptional.
The current Pinnacle Guide list consists of 191 cocktail bars around the globe representing 14 different countries with 49 of the bars located in the United States. While most American bars on the list seem to be found in New York City, Washington D.C., and California, one Colorado bar made the cut to be included, and it’s located in Denver’s historic LoDo neighborhood…
