Penelope Wong, a Colorado chef at a Denver restaurant, has won a prestigious James Beard Award.
With the James Beard Award winners announced on June 15 at the Lyric Opera of Chicago, Penelope Wong won best chef in the program’s ‘Mountain Region’ – a region that includes Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Utah, and Wyoming.
