DENVER (KDVR) — Officials with the Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office have provided an update on a 63-year-old Air Force veteran who had been missing since June 12.
According to a release, Kevin Bailey was found dead after officials on June 26 located a body in a creek, which was identified as Bailey’s on Wednesday by the Denver Medical Examiner’s Office.

On June 25, Arapahoe County deputies expanded the search, as investigators, Arapahoe Rescue Patrol and a pair of search-and-rescue dogs coordinated searches in the Central Park area where Bailey had last been known to be.
