A Colorado woman was cleared after police used Flock Safety license plate reader data and doorbell camera footage to accuse her of stealing a $25 package in Bow Mar.
Chrisanna Elser, a Denver-area financial adviser, was contacted at her home on Sept. 27, 2025, by Sgt. Jamie Milliman of the Columbine Valley Police Department, which also provides policing services for Bow Mar. Milliman issued Elser a petty theft summons after a package was reported stolen in Bow Mar on Sept. 22.
According to reports from Denverite and The Colorado Sun, Milliman told Elser that Flock cameras showed her forest green Rivian driving through Bow Mar between 11:52 a.m. and 12:09 p.m., around the time the package was believed to have been taken.
