Littleton property goes from country club vibe to clutter: Residents

LITTLETON, Colo. (KDVR) — A group of longtime Littleton residents is upset that a neighborhood clubhouse property has turned into a house of horrors.

Neighbors say the property at 7725 South Prescott used to be a source of great pride—a clubhouse, a swimming pool, tennis courts, a tiki hut and more.

But about 10 years ago, the clubhouse closed and the property was eventually sold, with plans for “big development.”

A decade later, the view from the sidewalk shows boarded-up windows, tall grass and weeds growing on nearby tennis courts…
