Recycling is coming to more Denver doorsteps starting Tuesday — but “free” depends on which doorstep is yours.
Here’s what you need to know.
The “universal” recycling and composting ordinance applies to:
- Multi-family residential buildings like apartments and condos
- Manufactured home communities, such as mobile home parks
- Congregate living or boarding homes, think housing co-ops
- Restaurants and permitted events
- Recycling for nonresidential buildings, construction and demolition projects
