According to CBS News, the driver was taken into custody after the crash. Police confirmed that the specific apartment unit struck by the vehicle was not connected to or occupied by anyone involved in the original dispute, meaning the residents hurt in the collision were essentially bystanders caught up in someone else’s argument.
