A weekend morning near Park Avenue and Lawrence Street turned into an active crime scene after a stabbing left one person in the hospital and Denver police combing the area for clues.
Officers responded Saturday morning and quickly cordoned off the intersection while they collected evidence. The victim was taken to a local hospital, but officials have not said how severe the injuries are. Detectives are still working the case and have not announced any arrests.
