Denver police: Officers shoot armed suspect in overnight 16th Street shooting

DENVER (KDVR) — Denver police officers shot and injured a suspect in a separate shooting that happened early Sunday morning. on 16th Street in downtown Denver, according to the Denver Police Department.

The original shooting happened at around 2 a.m. near 16th Street and California Street, Denver Police Chief Ron Thomas said in a Sunday morning press conference.
