Longtime Elway’s restaurant demolished as redevelopment project kicks off

DENVER — One of the Denver metro’s most high-profile steakhouses has been demolished after two decades of business.

Elway’s Cherry Creek was demolished on Monday, kicking off a 13-acre mixed use redevelopment project in the Cherry Creek neighborhood.
