Stolen Tesla chase in Broomfield ends in crash, 2 arrests

BROOMFIELD, Colo. (KKTV) – A stolen Tesla led to the discovery of burglary tools, at least 10 car keys and more on Wednesday in Broomfield.

The Broomfield Police Department (BPD) said a Tesla owner called police, reporting that he tracked his vehicle, reported stolen on April 20, traveling north through Denver and into Broomfield.

Police said they spotted the vehicle just before 1 a.m. on U.S. 36, but when officers attempted to stop the Tesla, the driver kept going…
