DENVER (KDVR) — Colorado’s first Taco Bell Cantina, with the fast-food chain’s unique menu, is now open at the Denver International Airport.
Taco Bell Cantina is just like the popular fast-food chain Taco Bell, except these select stores have a unique menu, slightly different store design and alcoholic drinks. There are only about 60 locations across the world, and now, there’s one in Colorado.

On Thursday, DIA said Taco Bell Cantina had a soft opening. It’s set to hold an official ribbon-cutting later in June. This comes after the chain announced in October that Colorado’s very first Taco Bell Cantinas would be opening in Denver and at the airport.
The cantina was set to open at the airport in mid-April and ultimately opened in Concourse A near Gate 46 shortly after the expected opening date. Meanwhile, Mission Yogurt, Inc. hasn’t said where the Denver location will be or when it will open.
While the cantina is now open as the only Taco Bell at DIA, since it closed its previous location in the airport, it isn’t serving the full menu just yet. A sign outside the cantina said alcohol is “coming soon.” FOX31 reached out to Mission Yogurt, Inc. and DIA on a timeline for the full menu and is awaiting a response…
