Littleton police respond to attempted kidnapping, find no evidence

DENVER (KDVR) — Littleton police officers responded to an attempted kidnapping but found no evidence of such, according to a press release on the Littleton Police Department’s website on Thursday morning.

On Tuesday, around 3:30 p.m., Littleton police responded to reports of an attempted kidnapping that involved a white van in the 6300 block of Hill Street in Littleton.

The responding officers immediately canvassed the area and collected video footage and other evidence related to the attempted kidnapping, but did not find any corroborating evidence that an attempted kidnapping occurred, the department reported.

Investigators were also informed about a similar incident involving a white van in a neighboring jurisdiction, but concluded that there is no connection between the two incidents…
