The Texas Longhorns are building momentum already in the summer, securing a commitment from three-star receiver Briceson Thrower in the first weekend of June prior to his official visit later this month.
Fresh off of official visits to Texas Tech and Texas A&M, the big-framed receiver made his commitment to the Longhorns on Saturday. The 6’3 pass catcher from North Forney had hats on the table from Ohio State, Texas A&M, Illinois, and Tech on the table alongside the Texas hat he ultimately chose.
A multi-sport athlete, Thrower turned in 529 yards and five touchdowns last fall, while running a 10.76 100-meter dash in the spring, running both the sprint and the spring relay for the Falcons…
