Tonight, temperatures will cool to the 70s with mostly clear skies becoming partly cloudy.

Tomorrow, high temperatures will warm to the mid-to-upper 90s with mostly sunny skies.
High pressure ridging to our north will warm temperatures to near triple-digits by mid-week. The forecast high on Wednesday is 100° in the Austin area. Rain chances will be minimal in the next few days.
Watching the Tropics
In the eastern Gulf, soon-to-be Bertha will continue to strengthen and move northwest/west. Tropical storm conditions are possible along the Gulf coast, with parts of Central Texas in the forecast cone.
