Hank Marsh: A Career Built on Trust in Central Texas

Hank Marshhas spent the past several years building a real estate career across Central Texas, and the way he talks about the work says a lot about how he approaches it. Born and raised in Louisiana, he attended Louisiana Tech University before moving to Austin in 2015. It did not take long for him to feel at home. Today, he lives in Georgetown, a place he describes as a community that balances small-town charm with the energy of a growing region.

Ask him what the business is really about, and he will tell you it has very little to do with buildings. “We like to think we’re in the business of buying and selling homes, but we’re not. Homes are simply the vehicle. The real product is trust,” he said. That belief shapes everything he does, from the way he advises a first home buyer to the way he mentors the agents on his team. For Hank, real estate is a people business that happens to involve property.

Hank and his wife enjoy exploring the Hill Country, hiking local trails, traveling, discovering new restaurants, and making the most of everything Central Texas has to offer. They are currently preparing for their biggest adventure yet as they look forward to welcoming their first child in November. Hank credits much of his success to the support and encouragement of his wife, who has been his biggest cheerleader through every stage of his career…
