AUSTIN (KXAN) — A man was sentenced in May 2025 after pleading guilty to multiple child sex crimes.
According to Hays County court documents, Mark Anthony Ortega, Jr. pleaded guilty to three counts of indecency with a child by sexual contact, which is a second-degree felony.
Ortega was sentenced to serve 15 years in prison for each count. The sentences will run concurrently. He was also required to register as a lifetime sex offender.
