Jacob’s Well sees highest water levels in 4 years after heavy rainfall

TEXAS — A popular destination in Central Texas is benefiting from recent rainfall.

Jacob’s Well is flowing again, but it likely won’t last long. With the heavy rainfall much of Central Texas had in July, officials at Jacob’s Well said they’re seeing more flow now than they have in four years.

“The rainfall we’ve had here this spring/summer has been extremely beneficial for Jacob’s Well,” said Karl Flocke, director of parks and natural resources with Hays County…
