AUSTIN (KXAN) — Austin Police responded to the scene of a serious crash causing traffic delays off Interstate 35 Wednesday morning.
Austin-Travis County EMS said two children were taken to the hospital in critical condition, and an adult was taken to the hospital with serious, non-life-threatening injuries.
