The restaurant recently launched The Terry Black’s Experience, a one-hour, $150-per-person package that takes guests behind the scenes with its pitmasters before serving a reserved barbecue feast. No waiting in the regular line required.

During The Terry Black’s Experience, guests receive a guided tour with a Terry Black’s pitmaster, access to the pits and an explanation of the low-and-slow smoking process. They can also meet members of the team responsible for tending the smokers around the clock and hear about the Black family’s barbecue traditions.
“Most guests only see the final product when they walk through our serving line,” Terry Black’s co-owner Mike Black said in an official statement. “The Terry Black’s Experience gives people an opportunity to step behind the scenes, meet the pitmasters, learn about the process and experience firsthand the craftsmanship and hospitality that define who we are.”…
