AUSTIN, Texas — Amazon is expanding its footprint in Austin with a new multibillion-dollar robotics manufacturing facility expected to create hundreds of jobs, Gov. Greg Abbott announced Wednesday.
The new facility will bring an estimated 300 to 500 manufacturing and engineering jobs to the Austin area, according to the governor’s office.
